Main navigation
The main navigation provides access to navigation links for the application as well as notifications, recently visited items, pinned items, and a search input field.
Usage
The main navigation consists of the essential app info, operator, and main props, as well as a set of links that offer the simplest layer of navigation.
Create case
If enabled, the Create dropdown is the first item in the navigation, where users can create a case.
Search
A search input field is rendered directly below the application branding at the top of the main navigation. This input provides application-wide search.
Notifications
The notifications section displays operator-specific notifications and their given state. Count badges are used, as well as visual cues to indicate whether a notification item has been "read".
If there are notifications to display, a drawer will open from the main navigation with the contents of the items provided. If there are no notifications to show, a simple empty message will display when the corresponding drawer opens.
Notification items will render a visual, primary text, a list of secondary text, and an unread indicator.
Recents
The recents section of the main navigation shows a list of the user's recently visited items within the application. A drawer opens from the main navigation with the contents of the items provided. If there are no items to display, a simple empty message will display when the corresponding drawer opens.
Recent items will render primary text and a list of secondary text.
