Radio button
Radio buttons allow users to select one option from a collective set.
Usage
Radio buttons should be used when displaying a small list of assets, typically 3 - 5 options or less. If you require more options, consider using a combobox field instead.

Variations
Radio button group
Radio buttons are always wrapped in a radio button group, making all of the options a part of the same set.
Example
Display options
Selected
A radio button can display as selected or unselected, by default.
