Links

Links move users to a new URL or to a new position on the current page.

Links should not be used as buttons with the intent of submitting data or performing some action other than navigation.

Links that will leave the current application should also be paired with the open icon.

By default, links will replace the current view with the new view defined by the href.

If a link is preview-able (points to an internal work item), a popover will render when the link is focused. The popover will allow for the link to be previewed or opened in a new tab.

No configuration is needed for this component in Constellation.
