Pega’s UX design system is an app development revolution.
Unlike standard sticker-sheet design systems, Pega’s prescribed UX system lets you spend less time on trivial design choices (like button placement on every form) and spend more time on impactful decisions that enhance ROI – capturing your business logic, streamlining workflows, and boosting productivity.
The system harnesses the power of beautiful, pre-built workflows and consistent design patterns to effortlessly create efficient and appealing applications and experiences across your organization.
The Pega UX design system:
- Is ideal UX for guided workflows that differentiate all Pega solutions
- Prevents UI mistakes in your application
- Provides accelerated time to value, yet allowing extensibility as needed
- Allows for rapid design, configuration, and prototypes of your enterprise applications
And with the design system, your users will:
- Get work done without distractions
- Learn your application quickly through familiar interaction patterns
- Have access to built-in accessibility, localization, and multi-device support
- Enjoy an elegant, efficient and beautiful application design

FAQs
- What’s new? Discover the design system’s latest improvements here.
- How do I put a component in this location? In most cases, the design system provides prescribed, out-of-box patterns that solve most needs with baked in accessibility, responsivity, and localization already solved in the fraction of the time. Review both Pega’s patterns and the configuration documentation before involving a front-end team to extend the UX design system.
- What happened to Constellation? Constellation has become the default design system that Pega uses. The site language reflects that direction, but the design system is exactly the same.
