Related cases is a widget that enables users to see a list of all cases related to the current case within the application. This widget is located in the Utilities panel of the Case Page.
Usage
“View all” opens a modal dialog and appears when there are more items available than the widget displays by default.
The “Add” button appears only if the Case Type allows linking to other cases.
